ASLINSER2 Server Clients ONLY. Last Update 9.10 AM JULY 13TH At approx 19.00 hours on Wednesday July 12th one of our servers experienced an O/S corruption. The server failed to restart on a soft and hard reboot. 19.10 Engineers went into DC to investigate and tried to restart the server by safe mode but this failed. 20.00 hours a new server was ordered and data porting was started to move all client data and accounts to the new server. We expect this full restore to take about 8-12 hours from our backup server and clients should be back to normal services by 12-1PM GMT. Restore of MYSQL, APACHE, WEBMAIL, AWSTATS, EMAIL, DNS will take time and engineers are working on this throughout tonight. Please do not call if you are having issues with reaching your website or email as you will need to be patient as the restore is something that can not be rushed. You will only be directed to this information as we need to keep our lines free for calls un-related to this. Please check back here for updates and apologies for the inconvenice this may cause as we are working as quick as possible to get ASLINSER2 clients back online. UPDATE!!! Restore has been done we have all systems operational and are working to restore MYSQL connections. Please bear with us as this will take 1-2 hours. All services seem to be running fine now.
