Stage 1: Data Gathering

In this initial stage of web development; assessments will be made and all clientele information will be obtained. This stage consists of obtaining the clients marketing target, objectives and goals. Also during this stage our consultant will discuss with the client the content of the website and the specific requirements he or she has. An estimated schedule of completion and expense of the website will be discussed depending on the package chosen and requirements of the client.

Stage 2: Project Proposal

After all the data has been gathered our consultant will contact the client within two to three days and discuss with them what the best strategy and plan of the website will be. Also the consultant will discuss his or her design and specification of the website with respect to the information they obtained from the initial stage. A prepared documentation of the website and its specifications will be drawn up and sent to the client to confirm the initiation of the development stage.

Stage 3: Design Concept

Once the client has approved the project proposal, the designing team will start to implement the ideas in AS' Conceptual Development Process (CDP). Web content, style and graphic design will be the components in the design concept stage and will be integrated to form the clients website. The web pages will be designed and the drafts will be sent to the client for approval.

Stage 4: Production

After approval being granted from the client the website will be finalised and all finishing touches will be made. Any additional changes that might occur after the finalisation of the website will be dealt with in the first week of completion and no additional charges will be made.

Stage 5: Web Publishing

On completion of the website it will be published according to what the clients requirements were in stage one. Ambient Solutions will maintain the site free of charge for the first year and all updating needing on the site will be carried out at no extra charge. Ambient Solutions policy is to make sure that the customer has a simple and effective transition to the new site and in conjunction with the customer care program will provide direct support 24 hours a day.
